Is it a he? This kitty appears to be a tortie and white, and they are usually she's! Either way, that's a pretty mean look!

I don't know Mousie, he doesn't look any more arrogant than I do. I think he looks pretty cool. Wait a minute I'll ask Cleo..........she says he's all right but she has her eye on Spot our next door cat. What does she know???
