Fishy Breath

When Mousie would yawn, lick, or burp (yes, she did that on occasion!) there would always be a smell of fish emanating from her mouth. Which was weird, as she was fed products that were beef, turkey, or chickey flavoured. never fish. But by G'd, when she opened her mouth - you could close your eyes and imagine you were by the seaside!

Does anyone else have this issue with their cats or kittys?

I sometimes find that Flynn smells like he has been eating fish even when he hasn't. I think it is because some products contain fish byproducts even when they are supposed to be meat. It is usually with the cheaper products which sometimes is the only thing I can get him to eat.

Ha! I won't even mention what human breath smells like. ;-)

Since we've switched to all-fishy foods, we simply call each cat 'Fish Breath'!
