This weekend will be a tough one. The reason being that every year, for the past 14 years, I have babysat Mousie. It is what's called the Bank Holiday here in the UK and that means a long weekend.
Her parents would always go away for an extended break and leave us to have our end of summer break.

I suppose this year will be the toughest.

It is just good to remember all the good times you had with Mousie. She was a very lucky kitty to have you come stay with her and we know you will miss her. Big hugs to you.

It is hard at times like this, but you have lots of beautiful memories of Mousie to help you through it.

Before we came, TBTs parents always left their cat Jeremy with TBT fer the Winter while they travelled to Florida. So Skeeter and LC called him "The Winter Cat". He was real big, but gentle. And then, one year, they came and he wasn't with them annymore...
